Land & Sea is a spring Devon stay that combines the grounded calm of the farm with the coastal hustle of the harbour.
You'll stay at Fowlescombe, where both days and dishes move with the rhythm of the land. On a day of your choice, you’ll head to Dartmouth for a complimentary three-course lunch with our friends at The Seahorse, where seafood is sustainably caught sustainably by boats just a few miles away. The daily menu changes with what's landed, and Chef Patron Ben Tonks brings it all together with Italian-inspired simplicity and respect for the sea.
A Night Away

Not every escape need be long, but it must be special. This one includes a little gesture from us, to you - a welcome cocktail to ease you in and charcuterie made here on the farm to whet your appetite.
An evening with time to settle in, wander the valley, and to let supper set the pace rather than the clock. A morning with good coffee, generous breakfasts and absolutely no sense of being rushed back into the real world.
