Under the gaze of our Executive Chef Elly Wentworth, dinner in the Refectory is a celebration of true provenance, and of the magic that happens when you harness what is beautiful and abundant with each passing season.

Every plate begins with a conversation, between Elly; Shelley, who tends to our gardens; and Rosie, who runs our farm. Produce is pulled from the gardens and meat comes from our own herds, raised slowly and to regenerative principles. We believe in using every part of what we grow, in celebrating abundance without waste, and in bringing the focus back to where our food comes from.

EVENINGS WITHOUT HASTE

Just as our garden grows with time and our animals are reared without hurry, dinner in the Refectory takes a steady pace.

Arrive early, wander gardens full of produce bound for plates, pick botanicals to garnish pre-dinner cocktails in the Greenhouse, and ease into the evening with a glass of red by the Farmhouse fire.
